An environmental management training course for senior managers in small and medium sized enterprises in the Birmingham area. The programme consists of 50 hours of direct training plus up to 80 hours in-company support and assistance with project work.

Companies may chose to focus, either on cost-saving measures, or on developing a documented environmental management system. The course is provided by CES and is predominantly funded by Birmingham City Council.
