Dear Micky, I am a colleage of Colin Matheson at IMASS. The data services we provide are digitising, scanning and address database cleansing. Do you know of any current activities in the contaminated land arena that may have need of these types of services? Dear Dave In the latest issue of Mapping Awareness (March 1999, vol 13 no 3) there was an insert for Newark and Sherwood District Council, where they state that they are seeking expressions of interest in the provision of a GIS. It will utilise data from the Ordinance Survey for background mapping and will provide a dynamic link to databases used within the Authority, which will initially include the following:
Expressions of interest should be returned by 26th March 1999 to :-
Director of Development + Planning Companies short-listed from this process will be sent full tender documentation and requested to make submissions within a time scale to be advised by the Authority.
