Steven has worked with a variety of Civil Engineering contractors, Water Authorities, and private clients as well as the NRA, with the key areas covered being:-

• Planning Permission Applications A full service provided ranging from electronic site surveys, preliminary layouts and detailed submissions, through to Appeals, both written and public enquiries. All types of applications including Residential, Industrial and Commercial developments. Barn conversions a speciality.

• Expert Witness Reports S J Sherry is listed in the Law Society Directory of Expert Witnesses.(FTLaw + Tax 1996). He has represented Taw Mussel Fishery + South West Water, Croyde Bay + South West Water, Bideford Metals, Devon County Council and numerous private clients.

• Waste Disposal and Landfill Sites Full Service including Planning application, Licence application, working plans, site investigations and routine site monitoring.

• Contaminated Land Investigations All types of land investigated, from desk top studies to detailed site surveys, samples, etc.

• All types of work undertaken throughout the UK and abroad Steven is currently working on litigation cases in Ireland and Portugal.
